Bright, spacious and quiet suite in our view home surrounded by gardens. Our two bedroom suite has a full kitchen, private entrance and private patio with BBQ. You will enjoy relaxing on the patio and can watch the quail run by! We are located on a quiet street at the north end of Penticton. It is a 5-10 minute drive or within easy walking or cycling distance of Okanagan Lake, South Okanagan Events Centre, KVR trail as well as downtown shopping, coffee places and restaurants. The 21 wineries on the Naramata Bench start less than 1km from our door.

Our three bedroom house is a great place to stay while visiting Penticton and the Okanagan Valley. It is very clean, comfortable and well set up for a family or group of friends. You will love the back garden with blooming flowers, a fish pond and shade trees. The kitchen is fully equipped and is steps from the patio. Each of the three bedrooms are decked out with quality bedding and duvets; 2 queens and 1 double. The bathroom is brand new this spring! There is a flat screen tv, ping pong table, complimentary WiFi and long-distance calling plus a washer and dryer.

There is a TV and a DVD player in the room. We are very close to the KVR trail and the road to the Naramata wineries. Located within walking distance to downtown, the Farmers Market and Okanagan beach. Enjoy the lake view from the lawn! The house and suite are non-smoking. Two dogs and two cats share the house but not the suite.
